Recently I experienced some major life changes and decided it was time to chase an old dream. Ever since I was little my dream was to live in Belle’s library with a sliding ladder and write epic, life-changing lines. Now I have a chance to write and work towards the library and the first step is to make a virtual library! I hope you will come join me! I welcome any feedback you have and I also welcome guest writers if you have anything you would like to share!

Besides writing I am an avid reader of everything. It is my safe place and few things make me as happy as curling up with a good book, or any book, and read the day and night away.  I am always trying new books and genres, but my current weakness’ are for feminist sci-fi, classic Lesbian and Gay pulp fiction, classic erotica, and pretty much anything Image Comics publishes. I love a good story and/or beautiful writing and though they aren’t always found together if a piece of writing has one I am happy.

I also collect physical books. Working on that library you know… I love the smell and feel of books and find it satisfying to finish one and pick up another and familiarize myself with the new feel and smell. My goal is to fill the entire house with books! One of my favourite weekend activities is to explore a used bookstore or thrift shop and bring a pile of new books home and re-organize my shelves. Yes, I am committed to being a book nerd.

I currently live on West Broadway in Winnipeg in a beautiful character building overlooking the Assiniboine River. I share the space with my lovely fiancée and our two annoying, but cute fur babies. We are working on planning our wedding and filling every available wall with art and books. I am also planning on starting university in the fall! So lots of big and exhilarating changes!
